During my recent corporate retreat at the Fairmont, I found it surprisingly accommodating for business travelers. The location was convenient, making it easy to hold client lunches and small presentations. The reception was staffed 24 hours, ensuring any urgent queries were addressed right away. The business centre was well-equipped, allowing me to work remotely without hassle. After a long day, I enjoyed the heated outdoor pool which provided a nice place to unwind. The fitness centre was surprisingly robust given its resort nature, with sufficient equipment for my marathon training routine. One notable feature was the luggage storage, which allowed us to keep our bags secured while we finished meetings. While the decor felt dated and could use a refresh, the overall functionality made it a suitable choice for business events. It’s definitely a solid option for those looking to blend work with leisure.
